PMS

No heavy bleeding either. This for a person who has spent a life time with heavy bleeding, severe cramping and severe premenstrual symptoms. Not yet perimenopausal so these changes are not connected to entering menopause.”

“I have been consistently barefoot every day for over six weeks (at least 30 minutes a day.) ● From a health blogger in England: “I have been using the earthing sheets for many months now, and also purchased two earthing mouse-mats. I have found definite benefits, notably: I can keep my menstrual pain away by wrapping two grounding mouse-mats around my belly and lower back. This works if the pain is only starting and manages to keep the pain away for the whole day, as long as I stay grounded in this way. Putting one of the grounding mousemats on my head if I have a headache also takes the headache away quite quickly. Although these are not severe headaches.”

● From Anne in Dublin (2020): “I purchased a grounding mat a few weeks ago and have used it daily. I started my first menstruation (period) today since I started grounding and I am in awe of the results, so had to share. I get very painful & heavy 1st days of my cycle & can feel weak, nauseous & extremely sore. I first started Earthing in mid-September by going barefoot outside on the grass during the week and on weekends at the beach while we stayed on our boat. In December, I started sleeping grounded.
